This Agreement is in addition to your obligations and rights under the Privacy Policy posted on the site. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy or other terms and conditions posted on the site, this Agreement will control. In order for you to purchase merchandise through the site, you will be required to provide us with certain information. To do so, you may choose to become a registered customer with us. You agree and represent that all registration and billing information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. If any of your registration information changes, you must update it by contacting us as set forth below under “Customer Service.”

If you use this site and become a registered customer with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may make purchases on this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Minors are not allowed to buy but they can use our products by the age of 12. Ste Pronutri reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Ste pronutri’s name, trademarks or service marks without the express written consent of Ste Pronutri. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Ste Pronutri.

 

This site and product designs (including any and all collateral materials relating thereto) included on this site are owned by Ste Pronutri and/or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You are not allowed to use any such designs without Ste Pronutri express agreement.

 

DESCRIPTIONS 

 Ste Pronutri does not warrant that product and price descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Ste Pronutri itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unopened and unsealed condition.

Ste Pronutri also reserves the right to cancel any orders. Some other situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

 

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, Canada and Mexico. Such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. All pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.

Products offered at this site are only available for delivery within United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping rates are higher for packages sent outside of the continental United States. Orders shipped to the destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges, which will be in addition to your order. The forwarder collects these charges. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock products will be shipped within five business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within ten days. Products are shipped via FedEx ground. FedEx Next Day Air delivery service is available at an additional cost. FedEx Next Day Air service is based on the date your order is filled, not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled in 48 hours, then shipped via FedEx Next Day Air. Packages shipped to Alaska are shipped via FedEx Next Day Air or FedEx 2nd Day Air. This is the only service FedEx offers to Alaska. Weekend delivery is not available. Packages cannot be shipped to a post office box. If additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside the U.S., our customer service department will contact you by e-mail.

 

Products can be returned or exchanged at Ste Pronutri within 7 days of receipt by the customer. Returned merchandise for credit or exchange must include a copy of the receipt and the Return Form you can find on the site. You are responsible for cost of shipping to our Customer Service Department. A credit will be made to the credit card for cost of the returned merchandise only; shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, a new charge will be made to the credit card for the merchandise only. Exchange items are shipped via Ste Tnt at no additional charge to you. We will not offer an exchange or a refund for any item that is not received by us after you send it. Please note that costs we incur in connection with orders canceled before delivery will be charged to your account.

 

Visitors may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, to our Customer Service Department so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” you may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content.

If you do submit material, and unless you indicate otherwise, you grant Ste Pronutri and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media throughout the world. You grant Nutrition Services Research Inc and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you submit; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these terms of business and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Nutrition Services Research Inc or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Ste Pronutri has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Ste Pronutri takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content shared by you or any third party through the site.

This Agreement and the terms specified in the order confirmation e-mailed to you upon your purchase of any products through this site shall not be altered or modified in any way without the prior written consent of Ste Pronutri.

If you are acting as an agent for a principal (including on behalf of your employer), you and the principal, jointly and severally, assume all of your obligations set forth in this Agreement.

If any part of this Agreement is found by any court to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part shall be discounted and the rest of this agreement shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
